Steam peeler systemThe steam peeler system is mainly used for the surface bursting treatment of tuber crops such as potatoes and root vegetables like carrots before peeling. It is particularly suitable for peeling materials with uneven and irregular shapes. By using high-pressure steam to rapidly cook the outer skin of the material, and then quickly releasing the pressure inside the pressure vessel, the skin of the material is separated.
