Product Description Product main features:Floor Type Horizontal Boring Mill Horizontal Type Cnc Universal Milling Machine For Reaming, BoringThe overall design layout of the machine tool is that the vertical and horizontal bed is T-shaped structure, the column moves longitudinally, and the worktable moves horizontally. The headstock moves up and down, and the worktable rotates. There is no square ram, only the spindle moves forward and backward. The main parts are column, lathe bed, slide, spindle box head, worktable rotary table, worktable slide and worktable lathe bed. The spindle box is a closed structure; two rectangular guide rails are designed on the upright column, and reinforcing ribs are arranged inside the upright column to obtain high rigidity and high shock resistance. The upright column is rigidly connected with the sliding seat, and the sliding seat and the upright column are driven to move along the lathe bed by a pre-tightening double-nut ball screw pair. The ball screw nut is installed on the sliding seat, the ball screw is fixed on the lathe bed, and the servo motor drives the screw to rotate through the precision gear reduction box so as to drive the column to move.This machine tool adopts a floor-standing layout with column movement and side-hung headstock. The main motion of the machine tool is the rotary motion of the main shaft. The eight linear motion coordinate axes of the machine tool are: Column lateral movement (X coordinate axis); The headstock moves vertically up and down (Y coordinate axis); Axial movement of the ram (Z coordinate axis); Axial movement of boring shaft (W coordinate axis); The table moves linearly (V-axis); Table rotation (B axis) 5-axis CNC machine tool, any four-axis linkage. The X axis is the movement of the worktable, the Y axis is the movement of the headstock, the Z axis is the longitudinal movement of the column, the W axis is that of the spindle, and the B axis is that of the rotary table. The column, sliding seat, bed, working table and other basic large parts of the machine tool are made of high-quality cast iron, and the internal stress is eliminated by aging treatment.
