The prepared syrup is transferred into the pouring hopper.2. The oil spraying system pre-applies a layer of oil onto the gummy molds to prevent sticking.3. The servo motor precisely controls the pouring process, ensuring accurate and consistent dispensing of the syrup into the molds.1. The gummies enter a cooling tunnel, which is equipped with an integrated air conditioning system, allowing for cooling and shaping to achieve the desired consistency.2. The molds are flipped at the rear of the conveyor belt, returning to the mold demolding section at the front. A pin on the back of the mold is pressed by a tank chain, facilitating the release of the gummies from the mold.3. The gummies then fall onto a PU conveyor belt, which transports them to the end of the production line, where they are collected by trays and sent to the drying room for further processing. In the final stage of the gummy production process, prior to or after drying, a coating process is applied to prevent the candies from sticking together.
