It adopts linear array CCD camera and high-speed ARM processor, and its pneumatic components adopt Japanese SMC and American MAC high-speed solenoid valves. (2)The CCD counting machine has an average of about 250 imaging points per channel, which is equivalent to a detection accuracy of 0.12mm, which can fully meet the counting speed of 20-60 bottles per minute. The operating system uses embedded configuration software to provide customers with a beautiful and friendly human-computer dialogue window, which can be called a fool-proof operating system.
