Together, these systems enable the Laminator to deliver exceptional performance, precise and efficient operations. The highly advanced, precision-engineered, automated ACF Laminating System operating under high-vacuum conditions, capable of achieving complete process automation for ACF lamination. This equipment facilitates pre-pressing of ACF lamination under high vacuum conditions to mitigate interference from gas particles present in atmospheric environments.The system provides real-time monitoring and control of key technical parameters during the lamination process, including pressure, temperature, and vacuum level. Leveraging dual visual systems, the equipment achieves precise positioning of distinct components at various locations, establishing a unified coordinate system through software algorithms.Based on the calculations and results derived from the visual and software analysis, the ACF lamination process is executed with exceptional precision, even under conditions demanding a positioning accuracy of 5 micrometers.
