Feature and advantage:1.LGY roller adapt to all types of lithium battery anode and cathode pole piece of continuous rolling process,using constant pressure, gap-limited rolling method, continuous rolling continuous or gap coatingof battery pole piece, increase the material density. This roller is consist of constant tension unreeling device, dust cutting device, hydraulic roller, roller swing floating device, rolling device, electric control system, hydraulic system, corrective devices and other components etc.;2.Rolling speed: 2 ~ 12rpm CVT adjustable, roll material: 9Cr2Mo; roller surface hardness: HRC65 ~ 68;surface can be plated with hard chrome;3.Gap adjustment method: servo motor drive the middle wedge to adjust, mechanical self-locking; roll gap adjustment range: 0 ~ 2mm; roll gap adjustment accuracy: 1μm;4.Thickness uniformity of pole sheet after rolling : ≤ ± 2μm (related to incoming material ), the maximumrolling force: 3000KN;5.This machine is equipped with trimming or cutting, dusting devices constituted of the motor, up cutter, low cutter, brush and floating roller, and guide roller. The main function is that removing both non-coated sides of the edge and the raised portion of the area when placing the machine before rolling, and to prevent the coated part and the edge of non-coated portion in the rolling process from discontinuity caused byunfair stress; When placing the machine after rolling, you can cut the pole piece into strips, the rolling here is the double axis rolling, cutter position can be adjusted, wide in application. Brush is to clean the dust on belt and sucked by dust collector.2.
