Product Description Product DescriptionMilk Tube: Transports milk collected by the claw to the measuring bottle or directly into the milk tank, maintaining a sealed vacuum environment throughout to prevent oxidation and contamination.Trachea (Air Tube) is divided into two categories: 1. Pulse Tube: Conveys vacuum/air flow from the pulsator to the milk cup, driving the liner's opening and closing. 2. Vacuum Balance Tube: Maintains system vacuum stability.Key points for installing the milk pipe system: The main milk pipe should have a slope of at least 3% towards the metering bottle/tank (to prevent milk from pooling). The length of the short milk pipe should be no more than 50 cm from the claw to the main milk pipe connection (to reduce vacuum fluctuations). The connections should be sealed with quick-release clamps (Tri-Clamp) or threaded locks; regular zip ties are strictly prohibited.Milk tube discoloration/yellowing/cracking: Long-term high-temperature disinfection causes silicone aging. Replace every 12 months, using platinum-cured silicone tubes.Milk residue on milk tube: Rough inner walls or insufficient cleaning agent concentration. Rinse daily with 75°C/0.5% sodium hydroxide for 15 minutes.Vacuum fluctuation > 2 kPa: Air leakage at hose connections or cracks in the tube wall. Scan the tubing seal integrity weekly with a vacuum tester.Pulsation frequency anomaly: Bending of the pulsation tube obstructs airflow.
