Product Description This machine adopts electrical & electronics synchronous control technology. Both welding time and separate-control welding are controlled by digital integrated circuit. It is of high control accuracy, stable function, firm welding point, without weld beads, fast welding speed, easy operation.This machine is equipped with precise web cutting & positioning device which ensures uniform length and regular edges.The mesh drawing system adopts elastic pull rod and grid positioning device which ensures easy fine adjustment of grid and so the high precision of grid dimension.The grid can be adjusted freely.I Characteristics:The automatic wire fence welding machine adopts power electronic synchronous control technology, and the control system adopts PLC+touch screen control system, which is convenient and operate easily. The line wire is fed by coiled wire, and the cross wire is fed by cut wire. Welded wire fence can be widely used in the welding of steel mesh for bridges, coal mine support nets, highway steel meshes, bridges, pavements, floor pouring roofs, construction sites, etc.II Main Feature:1. The integrated variable frequency motor and helical gear reducer are directly connected to the main shaft, with low noise and high efficiency.2. Line wire is equipped by wire straightening wheel feeding and cross wires are stocked in hopper for feeding.3. The cross wire is equipped with a stepping motor to drive the disc hopper for blanking. If there is no wire in the hopper or the wire falling is abnormal, the equipment will be suspended until the hopper is normal.4. The pulling net device is equipped with Panasonic servo motor + planetary reducer to ensure the stability of the system and the standardization of product size. The screen size can be input on the touch screen, and multiple cross pitches can be set on the same mesh, which is convenient and flexible.5. The method of cutting the net, adopts the high-speed automatic cutting machine to automatically cut the net.6. The welding transformer adopts a new type of high-efficiency epoxy resin pouring type special transformer for welding mesh. Compared with the traditional transformer, the volume is smaller, and the continuous working life is longer.7. The helical gear reducer, in order to ensure the high load operation of the equipment, adopts the K series helical gear reducer with large torque bearing capacity, and the external installation ensures the characteristics of convenient maintenance.8. The main motor is equipped with Delta VE high-end frequency converter + PG card, so that the main motor 0-1500r/min acceleration and deceleration time is 0.02s, and it can run at 200% torque at zero speed, which ensures the rapid response capability of the equipment.9. The Japanese SMC cylinder controls the alignment of the cross wire, the blanking of the cross wire, the drawing hook, and is equipped with an air filter device.10.
