Product Description Product DescriptionWorking PrincipleThe HSLH casting and cooling production line consists of a horizontal single-row and double-row sand mold conveyor, trolley transfer vehicles, sand mold pushing mechanism, sand mold ejection mechanism (also the trolley cleaning mechanism), core box pressure installation mechanism, core box pressing mechanism, core box pressure removal mechanism, core box cleaning mechanism, pressure cleaning mechanism, hydraulic power unit system, electrical control unit, touch screen electronic control operation system, and secondary cooling conveyor belt system. The system uses high-speed PLC control, a full set of imported electrical and hydraulic power systems, operates smoothly with low downtime, and the touch screen operation system provides convenient standard, storage, pouring, and cleaning automatic operation programs, allowing users to efficiently organize production. The pouring operator line operation is simple and reliable, enabling operators to stop or start at any position using the line switch as needed. The design of the trolleys, transfer vehicles, and light rail track rollers ensures the system's running accuracy.1. National patented product, ingeniously designed, fully functional, and can be wired freely according to the actual conditions of the user's factory. It can perfectly integrate with sand processing and melting auxiliary equipment, making the overall layout of the foundry more reasonable.2. The entire main line is powered by an independent hydraulic system, using Japanese imported cylinders, hydraulic pumps, and solenoid valves. The main line is equipped with fast and slow push devices, making the entire line run faster, more smoothly, and more reliably.3. Controlled by high-speed PLC, with a full set of imported electrical components. The main control cabinet uses a touchscreen operating system, supplemented on the line with pull-wire switches and pour-stop switches, making the operation of the entire line more convenient and reasonable.4. The automatic molding box pressing device presses the iron first and then places the molding box to ensure that the upper and lower molds do not misalign. The automatic cleaning device for the molding box and pressing iron ensures that both the molding box and pressing iron are clean, allowing them to function effectively.5. After the molding box and pressing iron are removed, the mold is pushed by the mold offline device onto the secondary cooling conveyor for continued cooling, while the electric roller brush on the pusher automatically cleans the trolley surface.6. Both-end transfer vehicles use variable frequency motors, providing smooth start and stop, fast running speed, and no impact.7. The height of the head pulley of the secondary cooling conveyor can be determined according to the requirements of the sand drop machine, minimizing underground work.8. The operating time of the secondary cooling conveyor can be adjusted according to the cooling time of the castings, in order to change the total cooling time of the castings and meet the requirements of castings made of different materials.
