Introduction of dryer for sawdustDryer for sawdust produced by Henan Hongke is consisted of inner cylinder, middle cylinder and outer cylinder.High-efficiency combin ed three drum dryer is mainly used to dry grain materials in certain humidity range,such as wood chips, sawdust, yellow sand used in dry mortar industry and various specification moulding sand used in foundry industry,blast furnace slag used in building material cement industry, small-grained clay and chemical industry used for chemical change.2. Pictures of dryer for sawdust 3. Working principle of dryer for sawdust(1) The material enters the inner layer of the rotary drum from the feeding device to realize downstream drying. The material is continuously copied down the inner plate of the inner layer, and the scattering is spirally moving to realize heat exchange.(2)Then the material is moved to the other end of the inner layer to enter the middle layer. And the countercurrent drying is carried out, the materials are repeatedly carried forward in the middle layer, and the materials are continuously repeated in the middle layer , so that the material absorbs the heat generated by the inner drum in the middle layer and absorbs the heat of the middle drum. Meanwhile, the drying time is prolonged, and the material achieves the best drying state .(3) The material goes to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The material travels in the outer cylinder in a rectangular multi-loop manner.The material that reaches the drying effect moves quickly out of the roller under the action of hot air. Wet materials that do not reach the drying effect cannot travel fast because of their weight.(4) The material is fully dried in the rectangular plate.
