Such conditions indicate that the performance of the cutting machine has not been effectively used. You can check the following: A. Confirm that the compressed air source is stable and has sufficient pressure, and usually enters the cutting machine The gas pressure should not be lower than 0.3 MPa (approximately 3 Kg/cm 2 ), the variation range should be within ±0.05 Mpa. B. The diameter of the electrode and nozzle does not match the cutting current. The voltage of the power grid is too low or the primary input line is too long, resulting in excessive voltage drop on the line. 3. The output current cannot reach the rated value The deviation of the power supply voltage from the rated value will cause the output current value to be inconsistent with the set value. When the power supply voltage is lower than the rated value, the maximum output current of the unit may also be lower than the rated value. 4, the current cannot remain stable during the use of the cutting machine. This situation may be related to the following factors: A. The voltage of the power grid changes;B. Serious interference from the power grid or other electrical equipment. 5. The electrode or nozzle burns out too quickly A. The current may be adjusted too much and the nozzle diameter used is too small. B. The air pressure is too low to reach the required flow rate, the cooling effect is weakened, and the nozzle electrode is overheated. 6, the arc cannot penetrate the steel plate completely, or the incision sticks severely and cannot cut smoothly A. It is possible that the current of this machine cannot reach the required cutting thickness, please use a cutting power supply with a larger current. B. The electrode or nozzle has burnt out and needs to be replaced.
