Unlike conventional tailings recovery machines, this system delivers higher capacity and superior recovery efficiency. It concentrates wastewater from sand washers and dewatering screens, separates valuable fine sand through the hydrocyclone, and returns it to the dewatering screen for blending with finished sand—ensuring minimal material loss. The adjustable sand ratio feature gives operators full control over product gradation, helping produce high-quality sand while reducing waste and increasing profitability.Working Principle of Our HydrocycloneA hydrocyclone is a separation device that uses centrifugal force to classify, concentrate, or recover fine particles from slurry. When the slurry is pumped into the cylindrical section of the hydrocyclone under pressure, it forms a downward spiral (vortex).
