The powerful cutter swings around the spud-pole powered by winches while dredging, then the high pressure sand pump suck up the loosened mixed materials to the destination through the suction pipe. The standard overall length is 36.8 m, and the overall length is 42 m when the bridge is horizontal. The bridge can be folded upward 65°, with the total length ≤ 38 m, meeting Class IV waterway requirements. A "short version" with a 28 m hull is available for smaller dimensions.FQA 2Q: How often does the cutter need to be replaced after wear during rock excavation?A: The rock cutter uses Cr-Mo alloy teeth with removable adapters. In moderately weathered rock formations with a uniaxial compressive strength of 60 MPa, the teeth need to be replaced every 120-150 hours on average. The adapter life is 800-1000 hours. The entire vessel is divided into 9 modules and can be assembled and welded on-site within 7 days, with a retest accuracy of ±2 mm.FQA 5Q: What is the delivery time?
