Product Description Product DescriptionJaw Crusher uses a unique modular, weld-free frame structure, two hot-rolled steel side plates are firmly bolted together with high-quality cast steel frame by finishing pins, avoiding the equipment under impact load due to stress concentration points, such as welding, and resulting in a shortened durability of the equipment. C series jaw crusher has two series models. The first is a famous traditional jaw crusher, used for stationary and mobile crushing (including C80, alkane, C3054 C110, C125, C140, C145, C160, C200). The second type is specially designed for the needs of small mobile crushing stations (C96,C106,C116). All C series jaw crushers are designed to break hard rock. The moving jaw assembly is constructed of high quality cast steel and is driven by two large cast steel or cast iron flywheels. In addition, the forged heavy-duty eccentric shaft and four large spherical rolling bearings of equal specifications give the C Series jaw crusher exceptional reliability. The labyrinth seal protects the lubrication grease of the bearing from contamination. The integral cast steel bearing box can ensure that it is fully matched with the crushing frame, and can avoid unnecessary load on the bearing frame, which is inevitable in the two-piece bearing box structure.
