It can be used for transport bulk material or bags. It can be divided into rise-and-fall and non rise-and-fall type, according to different transport requirements, the transport system can be single belt conveyor or consist of several conveyors or be combined with other conveying equipment, in addition, it can be installed horizontally or aslant to meet the needs of different production lines.Working PrincipleMobile belt conveyor with hopper is divided into rise-and-fall and non rise-and-fall conveyors. High quality movable belt conveyor is driven by electric pulley, rising &falling and running of whole machine are all nonmobile. universal wheel is mounted below device, makes the conveyor a flexible motion. the transport height can be adjusted to meet different operation demand. With steel tube construction, leggiere, beautiful and sound mobility.Performance and Features1. A wider range of material can be handled which pause problems in other transportation means. Belt conveyor can be used for abrasive, wet, dry, sticky or dirty material. The lump size of the transported material is limited by the width of the belt. Belts up to 1400 mm wide are used in mining industry.2. Higher capacity can be handled than any other form of conveyor at a considerably lower cost, ton/km. Conveyor belts with capacity of 11000t/h and even higher can be deployed to match with higher capacity mining machinery.3. Longer distances can be covered more economically than any other transportation system. A single belt conveyor or a series of belt conveyors can do this.
