Product DescriptionProduct DescriptionA ball mill is a grinding machine used for pulverizing and mixed-grinding materials. Its main body is a horizontally placed cylindrical shell. Inside the shell, there are grinding media of different specifications (such as steel balls, steel segments, etc.). End covers are installed at both ends of the shell, and hollow journals are arranged on the end covers, which are used to support the shell and serve as the inlet and outlet for materials.Working PrincipleThe motor drives the shell to rotate through a coupling and a reducer. When the shell rotates, under the action of centrifugal force and friction, the grinding media rise to a certain height along with the shell, and then fall down under the action of gravity, generating impact and grinding effects on the materials inside the shell. Meanwhile, the materials are continuously tumbled and stirred by the grinding media inside the shell. After repeated impacts, grindings, and mutual friction between materials, they are gradually crushed and ground into fine powder.
