Product Description Product DescriptionThis set of processes is mainly dealing the quartz ore within 3cm to be quartz sand , involves cleaning, pickling, drying, sand making, and magnetization ,selecting, screening, purify processes. Layout and Production FlowIt includes a crushing system, pickling and drying system, sand-making systemProduction processThis set of processes is mainly dealing the quartz ore within 3cm to be quartz sand , involves cleaning, pickling, drying, sand making, and magnetization ,selecting, screening, purify processes.1. Cleaning.Raw ore is cleaned by a roller washing machine, and then enters into the reactor through the transmission belt.2. Pickling. It works by a reactor, it should be pickled by the heated about 4-6 hours and washed with water many times.3.Drying. After cleaning, the ore is put into the dehydration screen for dehydration operation. And then drying by the dryer until the moisture content< 2%4. Sanding. The quartz stone is passed from the buffer bin through the vibration feeder, and then through the feeding belt into the vertical sand making machine,finally sand is formed by collision. (Vertical sand making machine is Hongfa's patented product.With the wind selection system,instantly suck out the material that is thinner than 120 mesh. )5.Screening. The quartz sand is returned to the coarse material through the elevator. The materials thicker than 4 mesh are screened and return it to the sand making machine through the return belt to re-make the sand.
