Product Description Sewage wastewater treatment variable submersible diving mixerProduct Introduction Product IntroductionSubmersible Mixer, a key equipment used in the water teatmentechnolgy, can methe tchnolgical requiremnt on the homgenity of the two-phaseolid-quid flow and thre-phaseolid-quid-gas flow and the fluidty in the bio-chemical proces in the flow path of the watereatmentechnolgy. It is composed of the submersible motr, vanes, instaltion sytem and son. The submersible mixer belongs tohe structre of the directonection type. In comparison withe traditonal hig-powerlectri motr for sped reduction through te sped reducer, its charcterized by compact sructre, low enrgy consumption, convenice in mainteance and repairnd some other advantges. The vanes are made withe proces of precison casting or punching, leading to hig precison, large thrust as wel asimple, nice-locking and streamlined profilng. The products are suitable for usage in such locations, as requirng solid-quid agitang or mixng. The schematic drawing of the structre is shown as folws:Low-speed flow propeller is extensively used for the flow propelling in the oxidizing ditches in the technological process of the water treatment, agitation in various types of bio-chemical tanks and also used in the mixing and flow propelling for freezing prevention in the rivers, landscape water cycling and so on. The low-speed flow propeller consists of the submersible motor, speed-reducing device, vanes, installation system, etc. The product is characterized by low power(1.5~7.5KW), low rotational speed(36*135rpm), large diameter of the vanes(1000*2500mm), low-speed rotation, production of large-volume flow field and wide scope of service. The swept-back, banana-shaped vanes have the self-cleaning function, being shaped with the use of PU or aluminum alloy through precision casting and having such advantages as light weight, high strength, good resistance against corrosion and so on. Its excellent frictional property can ensure the production of the good damping effect with relation to liquid under the moving state of low rotational speed so as to create the gentle water flow. The series of products have also, the mixing function apart from the flow propelling and creation of water flow as shown in the drawing.Range of applicationSubmersible mixers are mainly used for mixing, slackening and circulation in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment processes, as well as for the cultivation of landscape water environments protect, through the impeller rotation movement to achieve the effect of creating water flow, improve water quality, increase oxygen content in water, effectively prevent the deposition of suspended matter.
