If different grease is used, vibrator can be damaged and warranty will be voided. Use only prescribed amount of grease to lubricate vibrator. Too much grease will cause the bearings to overheat and result in premature bearing failure.B.Precautions during the Installation of Screening Mesh on Linear Vibrating ScreenThe process during installation of screening mesh on linear vibrating screen is very important as it will affect the durability and the operation function of the mesh. Clogging of materials on the sieving mesh and increase in the water content of the materials might reduce the sieving efficiency.
