Equipped with a worm gear screw lifter, the box is made of HT200 material, and the bearing is from a renowned brand, providing excellent impact resistance and enhanced durability. 3. The handwheel is made of cast iron with an electroplated surface, representing a traditional and reliable design. Frame Structure1. The equipment integrates the decoiler and straightener into one unit to optimize space utilization. 2. The decoiler features a cantilever beam design, and all plates are cut with high-precision laser plasma technology. 3. All components are processed using CNC and numerical control, ensuring excellent interchangeability. 4. The simple overall design makes assembly and part replacement easy for technicians, greatly reducing maintenance costs. Straightening Rollers1. The straightening rollers are made from solid bearing steel, with thick plating treatment and medium-frequency hardening. The surface hardness is no less than HRC58, ensuring long-lasting material durability. 2. Crafted from GCr15 forged round steel, the rollers undergo preheating (spheroidal annealing), followed by turning, milling, intermediate frequency heat treatment, rough grinding, cold stabilization, fine grinding, and electroplating. This comprehensive process maximizes accuracy, concentricity, finish, hardness, and extends the rollers' service life. Drive GearThe gear production process involves: - Gear blank processing → surface machining → heat treatment → fine grinding. - The rough parts are primarily forged and then normalized to improve machining and cutting ease. - Semi-finishing includes turning, rolling, and gear shaping to form the basic structure. - After heat treatment to enhance mechanical properties, the gears undergo final finishing, including profile refinement and benchmark adjustments. - After these treatments, the gears achieve grade 6 precision, offering superior wear resistance, strength, and an extended lifespan. Power System1. The system uses a model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, which incorporates a gear speed converter to reduce motor RPM, generating higher torque. 2. The vertical motor features low vibration and noise. Its stator and rotor contain pure copper coils, lasting up to 10 times longer than standard coils. Ball bearings at both ends reduce friction, ensuring lower temperatures and smoother operation. Electric Control Box1. Equipped with silver alloy relays, full copper coils, and a flame-retardant safety base for enhanced durability and long-lasting performance. 2. Includes a safety protection adjustment circuit with time-delay relays, silver alloy contacts, and supports various delay ranges. 3. The switch uses a sliding contact with self-cleaning functionality. The normally open and normally closed contacts are independently bonded, enabling multi-pole operation, and features anti-rotation positioning and a secure mounting gasket. 4. The control buttons are self-duplex flat designs, offering a light force and moderate key travel. The modular structure and keto-base composite contact points ensure high conductivity and can handle large currents, with a lifespan of up to 1 million cycles. Noted(1)Turn on the power supply first check whether the power supply voltage is matched, whether there is a lack of phase contact, etc., so as not to damage the electrical motor.(2)There should be a reliable grounding wire to prevent injury when the appliance is damaged.(3)Immediately remove the handle of mandrel after loading the coil, it is avoid injury when runing.(4)The power should be cut off during charging. After power-on, it is strictly forbidden to stand around the pallet.Maintenance(1)For long-term use, the spindle bearing grease should be added once a month, and the reducer oil should be replaced every six months, and the oil should be added to 1/3.(2)The wiring points in the electric control box shall not be loose, so as to avoid burning the electrical appliances and affecting normal use, and no oil or water is allowed to enter.(3)For long-term use, attention should be paid to checking the bearing housing and whether the screws are loose.(4)If it is not used for a long time, add the oil to the spindle and check the electric control box.
