Product Description NC Servo coil roll feeder working with press machine for steel furniture parts stamping RNC is one type smart and easy to operate feeder machine in the market.It can feeds sheet metal coil material width up to 1300mm, thickness up to 6.0mm, with max. feeding speed 20m/min. Operating with Computerize Numerical Control by PLC program from MITSUBISHI made in Japan, it can ensure +/-0.01mm high feeding precision.Usually it matches with adjustment signal from the cutting machine, Power Press Machine and CNC lathe machine.Directly input the 20 difference feeding length on the control display screen and then it can reach needed feeding length, the Max. Feeding length is 9999.99mm.Usually NC Servo Feeder matches with adjustment signal from the cutting machine or Power Press Machine.With two different release type, pneumatic release and mechanical release.We manufacture high-precision drivers by utilizing the capabilities of high-resolution servo motors. What's your coil equipment leading time?For standard decoiler, straightener or feeders, the usually lead time is about 10-25 workdays, but we usually have machines in stock. Please contact with our sales if you need the coil handling equipment urgently.For compact coil feed lines or whole metal stamping lines, it needs 30-70 workdays depends on different specifications and production plan in our factory.3. What's warranty time of your machine?Usually the warranty time is 12 months. Also the warranty time can be extend acorrding the specific requirements.4. What after-sales service does SUNRUI provide?For the standard decoiler straightener feeder machine, it's easy to install and debug it, most of our customers can do it by themselves; And what's more, our technical engineer can teach your operators how to install and operate it.
