Acid resistance: It has good corrosion resistance to various organic acids, inorganic acids and organic solvents. If the glass-lined sample produced by our factory is boiled in 20%HCL solution for 48h, the corrosion rate is 0.91g/m2.d (the excellent product index is 1.0g/m2.d). 2. Alkaline resistance: the corrosion resistance of glass lining alkaline solution is worse than that of acid solution. However, the glass-lined sample of our factory was corroded in 1N sodium hydroxide solution, the test temperature was 80oC for 48h, and the corrosion rate was 6.76g/ m2.d(the index of excellent products was 7.0g/ m2.d). 3. Operating temperature: When the glass lining equipment is heated and cooled, it should be carried out slowly, the use temperature is 0-200oC, and the temperature resistance is more than 200oC.4. Porcelain layer thickness: the porcelain layer thickness of the glass equipment is 0.8-2.0mm, and the porcelain layer thickness of the glass-lined equipment accessories is 0.6-1.8mm.5.
