The technical indexCapability (standard conditions):90t/h;2. oil consumption(standard conditions): ≤6.5kg/t3.Operation mode: automatism control, Semi-automatism control and manual control;4. finished mixture temperature: 130~160oC(plain asphalt)5.The figure dimension:(L×W ×H)32m×27m×16m 6.The total installed power: 217kW Technical specification1.The technique requested about capabilityIt can be made clear that the capability of asphalt mixing plant is that under the standard conditions; it must fulfil the requirements as below simultaneously:(1)Environment temperature :20°C,1 standard atmospheric pressure; local altitude should be no more than 1000m;(2)The average humidity of Cold aggregate <5%(3)The temperature of the hot asphalt mixture <160oC(4)The mixture is middle size, the density of stone material in the mixture≥ 1600kg/m3(5)The content of filler in mixture <35%;(6) dust content in cold aggregate should be Less than 3%; (7)The cold aggregate must be clean, there is no too many oversized aggregates, and it shouldn't include more soil and sundries. The cold aggregate supply should be continuous.(8) The water content in filler material should < 0.5%, filler proportion in finished mixture≤ 8%; and the filler shouldn't be no conglomeration, agglomeration.(9)The asphalt should be with well wrapping capability, during standard mixing circle, the aggregate should be completely wrapped by asphalt; the asphalt temperature should be controlled in the scope of 150oC±5oC. The using asphalt is normal asphalt . 2.The requirements for fuel:A. Light oil: diesel oil,heat calorific power is no small than 46055kJ/kg;B. The heavy oil model is determined according to the following technical standards: 1)heat calorific power ≥9600kcal/kg; 2) kinematic viscosity under50oC : ≤180cst; 3)mechanical impurities content: ≤0.3%; 4)water content: ≤3%;C. The customer needs to purchase heavy oil according the oil quality standard, and require the oil supplier to provide oil quality essay or the correlative certificates. The using fuel must have well burning and pulverization capability. Forbid using kinds of causticity fuel or the products from unqualified oil producing factory. (All the burner damage or failure that caused by diesel or heavy oil quality problem, the correlative damaged spare parts and customer oneself should afford the repair expense. 3.The items of the customer equipped oneself(1) the transformer, the cables between control-room and the transformer, the cables from transformer to conduction oil stove cabinet should be equipped by customers,supplier can provide the type and requirement of the cables.(2)The customer should build the foundation according to the load requirements and the foundation drawing provided by the supplier. The customer can increase or deepen the foundation concrete or redesign the plant installation foundation and accessory establishments.(3)The crane, power supply, electric welding equipment and other necessary instruments, material used for installation; the lube and grease for the equipment, the material used for foundation.(4)The required material during debugging and producing, sand, stone material, asphalt, fuel oil, heat transmitting oil, dumping car, loader and operator etc. the necessary test and assay.(5)Heat conduction oil should be equipped by the customer, its working temperature is 320oC;(6)The power supply system should adopt single loop three phase four wire type, 380V, 50HZ; if there is any special requirement, it should indicate in the contract.(7)The other required equipment, instrument and work not mentioned in this configuration and specification.(8)According to the actual situation, the customer should be responsible for the anti-thunder and earthing equipment himself. IV. Special instructionBecause of the continuous creation and improvement on the technology and manufacturing technics, our company observes rights to change this configuration and specification before the customer ordering our plant without notifying such clients; Such clients are requested to consult our company before ordering. at the premise of guaranteeing the plant's funciton and capability, some specificaiton or power maybe changed in above specificaitonwith the continous improvement of theproduct, and we will not infrom the clientsthis change again.2. The wet dust catcher matched with plant is just feasible for some area with low environment protection requirement. If there is high environment protection requirement, user must choose bag dust catcher system
