Product Description 1250mm 20 Hi Reversible Cold Rolling Mill1.1.1 General InformationThe unit produces a pickled hot rolled coil with a thickness of 1.2mm~6mm, which is rolled into a high-precision cold-rolled steel coil of 0.1mm after several passes, using a single-stand reversible four-roll UCM cold rolling mill. The work rolls are provided with positive and negative bends, the intermediate rolls are provided with positive bending rolls and twitching, and the uncoiling machine and the front and back of the frame are provided with a tension coiler, a thickness gauge, a laser speedometer, etc., which can realize large tension rolling. Guarantee high-speed and stable production of thin gauge products.1.1.2 Characteristics of the Rolling MillThe 1250 20Hi reversible cold-rolling unit is designed for a cold-rolling production line with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons and a single-bay UCM model. The acid washed hot rolled coil is rolled into a chill roll. The unit is equipped with hydraulic AGC, working roller with positive and negative bending roller and segment cooling, intermediate roller positive bending roller and moving, front and rear double X-ray thickness gauge, double laser speedometer and other devices. Its characteristics are:1)Uncoiler is equipped with CPC automatic centering function, which adopts EMG products from Germany, and improves the centering response speed and position control accuracy.2) Rolling line adjustment equipment adopts stepwise wedge combination adjustment, and the input roll diameter can quickly and automatically control the stepwise wedge displacement of the oil cylinder drive to the right position, realizing automatic and quick adjustment of the rolling line (company's utility model patent: ZL201120139812.6);3)Work roll positive and negative bending roll; intermediate roll traverse pre-set, lock, and has positive bending roll control means, bending roll can be controlled separately on one side; roll section cooling roll type adjustment.
