(registration in 2006), formerly Jingjiang Xinsheng Special Drying Equipment Factory (registration in 1994), is a specialized drying equipment factory with many years of experience and it is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise. The Company has a number of intellectual property rights independently developed by itself. So far, the Company has obtained 2 international patents, 5 invention patents and more than 40 utility model patents. The Company has set up engineering R&D Center, which has always maintained competitiveness in the industry and achieved stable development of enterprise.In 1984, the founder of the Company has engaged in more than 20 technical research projects including spray drying, airflow drying, boiling bed drying, fluidized bed drying, roller drying (rotary kiln), belt drying and vacuum drying etc; The electric sprayer invented in 1992 was listed in 1995 Spark Plan of the Ministry of Machinery. In 1998, the Company began to engage in activities related to the research and services of treatment of waste gas, liquid waste and solid waste, incineration of hazardous waste and domestic wastes as well as flue gas purification. The "four-in-one" flue gas (rapid cooling) deacidification purification is a technology, which can truly achieve the incineration of flue gas with ultra-low emission. All high-salinity wastewater can be treated in the Rapid Cooling Deacidification Tower to complete the procedure of "rapid cooling, deacidification, drying, dust reduction", which helps to realize the target of Zero Discharge for treatment of wastewater (black water) and the ultra-low emission of flue gas.In 2008, the magnetic (rotary centrifugal) atomizer, a technology upgraded and invented by our company, has shown its unique advantages in the environmental protection and drying industry including temperature resistance up to 1100oC, high corrosion resistance, high dust particle grinding resistance, no clogging and atomization capacity of 0.2 ~ 40t/h, which is unrivaled by any rotary centrifugal atomizer in the world,and the same year witnessed the use of vertical kiln developed by the Company for incineration of domestic wastes and industrial solid waste etc.In 2005, The Company has invented sludge granulation and drying technology, and it won "Technological Innovation Fund for small and medium-sized technological Enterprises" in 2009 and two international patents in 2017. Due to almost "Zero" abrasion, the power consumption is one kilowatt-hour per ton of sludge with longer equipment service life. Thanks to the evaporation of "porosity and large surface area", the heat consumption is less than 70% of similar products, which provides the necessary conditions for lower operating cost.In 2018, the Company has developed and produced pyrolysis calcination furnace for sludge particles and vacuum calcination kiln and others, which have been used in production of sludge ceramsite, industrial calcination and baking etc;. At the same time, the Company has used the vertical kiln for incineration of small-scale (≤300t/d) sludge projects.
