Product Description TC1100High Speed Multi-functional Windows Patching MachineScope of application:The window patching machine (type: TC1100-P) is used to carry out film patching for packaging paper products such as wine boxes, gift boxes, tissue boxes and cosmetics boxes. Carry out die cutting on 200-500g/m2 cardboard or corrugated cardboard (≤ 6mm) and conduct gluing and film patching on the window of the packaging paper products. The film that will be patched on the window of the box can be cut as required. Procedures:The window patching machine (type: TC1100-P) is used to carry out film patching for the window of paper products. The film patching consists of 6 processes, including paper feeding, paper transferring, gluing, cutting, patching and collecting.Put the paper products requiring film patching on the paper-feeding worktable of the machine. Separate the piece of paper product at the bottom from the paper stack through conveying belt, vacuum belt and cylindrical controlled lifting device and transfer the paper product to the transferring device through transferring wheel. The paper product is pushed to the movable conveying belt through paper-pushing lump of the transferring device. The negative pressure flow absorbs the paper product through the holes on the conveying flat belt and the paper product will move in the conveying belt. When the paper product is transferred to the gluing part, the glue will be transferred to the window of the paper product by the gluing template formed by block glue on the flexo cylinder. Then the glued paper product will be transferred to the film patching post. At the same time, the film will be clamped by film roller and sent to the site of the film-cutting roller. The film is sucked by the film-patching roller under the control of the air valve and rotated along with the roller. When the film is rotated between the upper cutter and the lower cutter , it will be cut. The cut film is shift to the film-patching roller and sucked. With the rotation of film-patching roller and the movement of paper products, they close to each other gradually. When the film targets at the window of the paper, the film-patching roller blows out air rather than inhale air to make the film be stuck on the window of the paper. The paper is rolled and pressed and the window patching is completed. The film-patched paper products are piled on the collecting workbench and wait for releasing.The main drive of the machine adopts servo control. 1:3 working mode can be adopted for paper with a small size (length: ≤220 mm). The film patching roller rotates one circle, the film cutting roller rotates 3 circles and the film patching process for 3 pieces of paper is completed. 1:2 working mode can be adopted for paper with a medium size (220<lenth≤420mm). The film patching roller rotates one circle, the film cutting roller rotates two circles and the film patching process for 2 pieces of paper is completed. Double-chain paper feeding, gluing and film patching can be adopted for paper (150≤width≤450mm). The film can be cut as needed during film patching and the length of the cut can be adjusted.
