It consists of a column, a crossbeam, a lifting mechanism, a gripping device, and a control system. palletizer can be widely used in warehousing, logistics, and production lines, automatically palletizing goods according to predefined rules, effectively improving logistics operation efficiency and accuracy.Palletizer Machine Working PrincipleGoods arrive at a designated location via a conveyor system. Sensors transmit information such as the cargo's location to the control system. The control system directs the robotic arm to descend along the column to the appropriate height. The arm then extends and grasps the cargo, then ascends and moves horizontally with the cargo, placing it on a pallet or designated stacking position according to the predefined palletizing pattern. Customers can also give us a drawing of bottle to process the mold to meet the needs.With regard to bottle labels, the customer provides us the logo and related information which will display on the label, or provide a previous designs, and we will selects labels of different materials to be printed according to the type of the label machine.We will make the layout of the whole factory building according to the size of the factory and the layout of each room, combined with the size of our equipment, confirm the location of each equipment, and make the drawings.
