Due to almost "Zero" abrasion, the power consumption is one kilowatt-hour per ton of sludge with longer equipment service life. Thanks to the evaporation of "porosity and large surface area", the heat consumption is less than 70% of similar products, which provides the necessary conditions for lower operating cost.In 2018, the Company has developed and produced pyrolysis calcination furnace for sludge particles and vacuum calcination kiln and others, which have been used in production of sludge ceramsite, industrial calcination and baking etc;.
