Through the triangular belt, the motor is decelerated by two stages of the reducer, and the big tooth ring is driven by the pinion to make the cylinder run at the designed speed, so that the material in the cylinder body is evenly dried.Working PrincipleThe working principle of a wood drum dryer is to feed wet wood materials into the dryer through a conveyor belt or elevator, or by adding a feeder for continuous and smooth material feeding. During installation, the drum is inclined at a 3-5o angle to ensure smooth movement of materials from the upper part to the lower part. In the upper part of the dryer, a brick heating stove or coal gas producer is constructed to introduce hot air into the dryer. The wet wood materials come into full contact with the hot air, and due to the constant lifting and dropping of materials, the wet materials gradually dry.
