Product Description Fingerless Vacuum Single Facer Fluter Making Corrugated MachineMachine Introduction: (with gimbal transmisson)--Corrugated roller:φ280mm. The material is tungsten steel.--Fingerless vacuum suction type single facer, the upper and lower corrugated roller made of 48 CrMo alloy steel, with harted treatment,the hardness is above HRC58o-60o.The surface is well treated by grind and plated chrome.--Upper and lower corrugated roller are unit assemblage, the whole corrugated rollers group can be move and quick replacement, to change flute type quickly.--Oil immersed type lubricating to reduce noise keep running stable, prolong the use life of gear.--Adjustment for corrugated roller,pressure roller,and glue rollerby pneumatic system.--With preheater for liner paper and steam spray device for medium paper--Bearing for corrugated rollers,and pressure roller adopt high-temperature lubricate grease to keep running smoothly and durably. .--Three gimbal axles output from independent drive box,the gears are made of high quality alloy steel with heat treatment enhancing the hardness,we use helical gear design,and the gears are precisely grinded.Main motor adopt variable frequency speed motor to save power. Paper feeding: fingerless vacuum suction, with high pressure powerful draught fan. With silencer, air supply and electric control focus on the same operation counters, not less than 1.5m away from the main engine, operation side is totally closed and full guarding.Engine base and wall plate: iron casting structure, thickness of the wall plate: 200mm, adopt independent speed changing box, and gimbal transmission.Diameter of main corrugated roll: ￠320mm, and are made of 48CrMo alloy steel, after hardening and tempering, inner holes fine boring, NC grinding, mid frequency quenching, surface grinding, the rigidity of surface is higher than HRC58. Corrugated roll and pressure roll of pivotal section adopt heat resisting bearings which are manufactured by TWBPressure roll diameter: ￠320mm, surface are grinding and plate chrome, cylinder control up-down, raw material is 45# medium carbon steel, hardening and temperingGlue wall plates adopt sliding structure, pneumatic control glue supply and glue back, diameter of the applicator glue roll : ￠242mm, surface are treated by polished and chrome plated.Press roll adopt ￠160 cylinderPre-heater roll adopt seamless steel pipe which is produced by Tianjin Iron & steel group co,.ltd.
