Bottom knife shaft is drived by timing belt. Upper knife shaft and bottom knife shaft are connected by nylon gears. Our slitting knife adopt SKD material which has more hardness and long lifetime perfromance.The minim slitting width is 25-30mm. Slitting width setting method is manual adjusting. We also have full automatic and semi-automatic setting options. And we provide pneumatic control slitting knife as options.Unwinder Stand:Binbao machinery all slitting and rewinding machine adopt two types unwinder stand,hydraulic shaft-less and pneumatic expanding shaft.
