Product Description We can fabricate this kind of machine:1) loaded the steel coil with 7 tons; 2) pinch roller, 3) cut to length system, 4) slitting unit, 5) encoder which cut automatically, and controlled by PLC (Mitsubishi brand). 5) product support table, Our range of thickness cutting is from 0.25 to 2.0mm. In the leaflet, we wrote 0.25~1.0mm, now the technology has been improved. Please note our working speed, that's 18m / minute normally. If you need higher speed, such as 35m /minute, you have to use the hydraulic decoiler with 7 tons.Besides, for the sheet feeding system, we could design it to be 1900mm. But price will be risen accordingly.
