After the book block is aligned, it is clamped by a servo-controlled pusher carriage and automatically transported to the cutting station, where all three sides are precisely trimmed and then ejected. The system is primarily designed for perfect-bound books.The MS-25FS is equipped with a full suite of automation features, including pneumatic book clamping and pressing, servo-driven mechanisms for book feeding, front knife, side knives, left alignment stopper, book alignment, and main drive - all integrated into a compact and robust knife platform.The independent infeed channel features a dedicated belt conveyor with automatic start/stop functionality. To further enhance product quality, anti-scratch roller balls have been added to the feeding path to reduce potential damage to the bottom edges of books. With its high cutting accuracy, rapid adjustment capability, and user-oriented design, the MS-25FS is an ideal finishing solution for commercial and high-end printing environments.1.1 Working Process (same as MS-25F)After the machine is powered on and initialized, the book feeding mechanism delivers a book to the pusher carriage. The carriage clamps the book and transports it to the cutting station. At this point, the pneumatic pressing system securely holds the book in place. The carriage then releases the book and quickly returns to the home position, ready for the next cycle.The side knives first trim both edges simultaneously, followed by the front knife, which cuts the leading edge. After the trimming is completed, the pressing system releases the book. The finished book is then pushed by the second feed mechanism onto the delivery conveyor, completing one full trimming cycle.1.2 Book Size Adjustmenta. Input the dimensions for the left and right side knives based on the book trimming length in the computer.b. Input the dimension for the front knife based on the book trimming width in the computer.c. Manually adjust the left stopper size based on the book trimming length.d.
