Dryer screen hold the sheet tightly in contact with the cylinders through the dryer section. Constructed of monofilaments, dryer fabrics must be heat resistant, rugged, and designed for both drying efficiency and runnability. Huatao leads the industry in China in the design and application of dryer products, including the pin seam, active air handling, and heat-resistant fabrics.Dryer fabrics are fully resistant to hydrolysis and able to withstand all heat and humidity conditions in the dryer section. Most of the standard types of fabrics can also be made of polyester yarns. Polyester dryer screen are suitable for drying positions where the whole dryer screen is hydrolyzed. Polyester can considerably extend the service life of the fabric and help avoid the risk of its failure during the operation of the paper machine because of decreased fabric strength.Spiral Type Dryer Screen / Dryer Fabric / Dryer CanvasThe spiral dryer fabric is a specially engineered paper machine clothing for the drying sector in the paper mill, also widely deployed in many other industries like food drying, nonwoven conveying, printed textile drying, etc. The spiral-linked dryer fabrics featured for its continuous seamless screen, excellent strength and abrasion & distortion resistance, and greater and adjustable ventilation.The unique seamless spiral-linked screen surface is ideal for the drying sector of mark-sensitive papers, and the application where a seam is unacceptable. Each spiral loop could be a joint, the seam is identical to the fabric body itself. It's easy to install and repair to reduce downtime and increase long-life of the seam to save cost, as it is well known the joint is always the weakness of a circuit belt.Huatao's spiral fabric belt for the paper dryer is made out by high-viscosity PET yarn with hydrolysis-resistant masterbatch additive, to achieve much better durable properties and long service life. Normal Polyester yarn is easy corrosive and degraded by the heat steam, then become brittle and the integral dryer belt fabric have to be replaced. The additive of hydrolysis resistance masterbatch lengthens the service life 2-4 times more than the normal Polyester under thermal (100c-170c) drying working condition.Comparing to the woven dryer fabric, the spiral dryer mesh belt has greater air permeability and drying efficiency. Permeability is the crucial parameter of a dryer fabric. Spiral dryer fabrics have greater air permeability than other dryer fabrics under the same working condition, it could help to lower the steam pressure in drying cylinder, or fast speed under the same pressure.
