Deviated or fully horizontal casings rely on a proper standoff for a complete cementing which comes from using high qualified cementing equipment. We produce casing float equipment and cementing wiper plugs in various sizes of 4", 4 1/2", 5", 5 1/2", 6 5/8", 7", 7 5/8", 9 5/8", 13 3/8", 16", 18 5/8", 20". 2. Function:a) To ensure casing pipe centered on the hole all the way.b) To achieve a proper standoff for a complete cementing.c) Balance liquid pressure in annular space by reducing adhesion phenomenon.d) Improving replacing ratio of mud and boosting cementing quality by reducing channeling effect. 3. Our products include integral casing centralizer, welded casing centralizer, bow spring centralizer, float shoe, float collar, Suck Rod Pump, api pumping unit, Thread Protector, Thread Gauge, Api Valve Ball and Valve Seat, coupling and pump plungers.Bow Spring CentralizerBow Centralizers are fabricated with high quality manganese steel and advanced manufacturing processes, to provide optimum flexibility and reliability. Each is engineered to provide low starting forces and high restoring force that up to 2 times higher than competitors. And, our bow centralizers are tested in accordance with API 10D specification requirements, to ensure structural integrity, no fatigue failures and ease of installation. Composite CentralizerComposite centralizer feature a low coefficient of friction, designed with one-piece composite construction. It is designed for horizontal application and maintains integrity in extreme temperatures and is resistant to high impact and wear. Even with its smooth, lightweight construction, this design contains no vulnerable weak points, and it is available in straight and spiral blade configurations in various sizes and colors. Solid Steel CentralizerOur solid body centralizers are designed and fabricated with mild steel to perform in the most challenging applications. Featuring a designed blade leading edge to minimize torque and drag, they're fully customizable to any application, whether it is a special inside diameter, outside diameter, length, or set screws. Various blade configurations are available including straight, spiral and half-moon shape, which minimizes contact area while maintaining required standoff. Custom designs can be engineered upon request for special applications. Cementing Wiper PlugsVarious types of plugs are available sizes from 4-1/2" to 20". Standard conventional top and bottom Plugs, high wiping efficiency plugs, Non-Rotating Plugs, phenolic core & aluminum core are all available, PDC drillable. Casing Float EquipmentWe manufacture a wide range of float equipment. Including standard float shoes, guide shoes, reamer shoes with eccentric and non-eccentric profiles to suit all objectives. These float equipment can be configured for single or double API float valves integrated within the tool. The valve system is an unique hydraulically powered float shoe with a wide application. It can incorporate a rounded guide nose similar to a standard float shoe, or it can be slightly tapered to act as a guide shoe or can be configured with extensive reaming capabilities incorporating PDC cutters and/or hard facing. All variants have the capability of a rotating head with side jetting configurations.
