Product Description Product Description DescriptionMulti-media Filter has a dual role, one is filtration, the other is adsorption. Filter sediment, impurities, suspended matter in raw water, reduce the SDI(pollution index density) value of raw water, absorb chemical organic matter, heavy metal, color, odor, residual chlorine and so on, improve the taste.Water treatment filter is a type of water filtration and purification equipment, the common purification material series in the water treatment filters are: Quartz sand, Activated carbon and Manganese sand.Water Softener consists of three main parts: resin tank (main tank and sub-tank), hydraulic control valve and salt tank. Water softeners operate without electricity and rely on raw water pressure to operate automatically. Softener using cation exchange resin to remove calcium and magnesium ions in water to reduce the hardness of water, avoid the formation of scale and damage to reverse osmosis film. Sand Filter:Filter sediment, impurities, suspended matter in water, reduce the SDI(pollution index density) value of raw water. Quartz Sand Filter : Fill quartz sand in the filter container. Using the interception, precipitation, inertia and adsorption of quartz sand to reduce the content of suspended solids in water, some bacteria and viruses are also been removed toghther with the suspension. Manganese Sand Filter :Fill manganese sand in the filter as the filter medium, mainly used in the water with high content of iron and manganese. Carbon Filter: has a dual role, one is adsorption; Second, filtration. Filter out chemical organic matter, heavy metal, chroma, peculiar smell and residual chlorine in water to improve taste. Activated Carbon Filter: Fill activated carbon in the filter container. The physical adsorption of activated carbon is used to remove organic matter, colloids and some heavy metal ions in water, as well as the color material in the water. At the same time, activated carbon can effectively reduce residual chlorine in tap water. Water Softener:When raw water with hardness ions flow through resins in the exchanging filter, Ca2+ ,Mg2+ in water are exchanged and absorbed by Na+ in resin, carbonate or noncarbonated in water is lower,hardness is down. This is softened water. When resins absorb too much Ca2+ and Mg2+ ,we will use salt water to flush resins to regenerate it. Ca2+ and Mg2+ on resins will be Na+ in salt water and discharged with salt water.
