Constructed according to pressure vessel standards, it accommodates various extraction needs, from water and alcohol to oil. Customers can specify technological parameters to align with specific drug performance criteria, ensuring superior outcomes for every application.1. Water Extraction: Begin by introducing water and traditional Chinese medicine into the extraction tank, adhering to the precise technological ratio. Heat the interlayer (equipped with a jacket) to initiate boiling. Once boiling is achieved, reduce the heat source to maintain a gentle simmer, optimizing the extraction process.2. Alcohol Extraction: Combine the drug and alcohol in the tank following a defined craft ratio, ensuring a sealed system. Apply heat to the jacket until the desired temperature is reached, then decrease the heat to maintain the process temperature for optimal time. This ensures thorough dissolution of active components in alcohol. Rising alcohol vapors condense into liquid, ready for reuse. Enhance efficiency with a pump to enforce circulation, drawing liquid from the tank's bottom and reintroducing it from the top.3. Oil Extraction: Introduce traditional Chinese medicines containing volatile oils into the extraction tank with water, following a precise process ratio. Heat with steam through the jacket to reach evaporation temperature, then adjust steam input to maintain the required temperature.
