Water Extraction: Initiate the process by combining water and traditional Chinese medicine in precise ratios. By supplying heat to the interlayer (jacketed), bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, modulate the heat supply to maintain a gentle simmer, ensuring optimal extraction conditions.2. Alcohol Extraction: Combine the drug and alcohol in specified proportions within the tank. Upon achieving a sealed system, provide heat through the interlayer (jacketed). As the tank reaches the required temperature, reduce the heat to sustain the process temperature for the necessary duration. This ensures complete dissolution of active ingredients into the alcohol. The vaporized alcohol is condensed into liquid form via the condenser, ready for distillation and reuse. Enhance efficiency with forced circulation, utilizing a pump to draw liquid from the tank's base and reintroduce it through the top inlet.3.
