Product DescriptionMain ProductsProduct DescriptionThe MJM series disc jet mill is mainly composed of a feed hopper, screw feeder, feeding nozzle, grinding host, bag shaking dust removal - material collector, secondary protective filter, induced draft fan, etc. Working principle: High-speed airflow drives materials into the grinding chamber in a tangential direction, and the materials are crushed under the combined action of mutual impact and shearing driven by the airflow vortex sprayed by multiple nozzles at the same angle.After the compressed gas is instantly released through the Laval nozzle, an endothermic effect is generated, which takes away the heat generated during the crushing process, so that the material can be crushed in a low-temperature environment. The disc jet mill is designed for ultra-fine grinding of materials with crystal structure, medium and low hardness and viscosity, and can crush particles to 2μm to 60μm. This machine introduces the most advanced ultra-fine grinding technology from abroad, and is processed by precision CNC machine tools. Each production link has special production and assembly requirements. High pressure airflow enters the crushing chamber through multiple nozzles at the same angle on the crushing ring, forming a supersonic vortex airflow. The nozzle and the crushing chamber form an acute angle, so it enters the crushing chamber in the form of a jet vortex and carries the animal material in a spiral motion, causing mutual impact, collision, and friction between particles and the body and particles to crush.
