Product Description Usage Scope:High Efficiency Multifunctional Soxhlet Phytochemicals Extraction Machine is widely used in traditional Chinese herbal medicine, phytochemistry ,natural plant, food additive, biology organ Hormone enzyme, light chemical industry etc .High Efficiency Multifunctional Soxhlet Phytochemicals Extraction Machine compositions:1.multifunctional extraction tank : it is a jacketed tank ,jacket can be heating by steam or electrical , also can cooling by chiller or cooling water .the tank bottom equipped with the pneumatic cylinder discharge gate to remove ( discharge ) the residue herbal raw material . 2. multifunctional tank equipped with the nozzles and functions as below 2.1 manhole :for the solid raw material feeding or charge 2.2 solvent /water inlet nozzle 2.3 sight glass/light to observe the inside extraction process 2.4 safety valve : it is used to control the inside shell keep in the safety working condition ,avoid pressure exceed 2.5 foam destroyer : it is used to remove the foam ,avoid the foam take the raw material into the condenser ,to make the condenser block 2.6 vapor nozzle : it is connect the condenser to make the vapor gas into the condenser to condensate and cooling down to keep inside shell pressure stable 2.7 reflux nozzle :it is used to reflux condensate solvent/water back to the extractor tank for extracting completely 2.8 bottom steam direct nozzle : it is in the extraction tank ,which is used the steam to distill into the inside tank directly ,it is used for the essential oil distill extraction process and also can be used the solvent recovery process 2.9 shell side filter nozzle : it is used to make the extraction solution outlet via shell side ,it can avoid the herbal raw material block the bottom extraction solution outlet nozzle . 3.condenser : it is used to condensate the vapor gas ,the cooling medium can be water or chiller 4.sub-cooler : it is used to cool down the condensate solution to get in a low temperature ,which is mainly used for the essential oil extraction process to make the oil/water separately.5.filter :filter the particle or herbal raw material in the extraction solution 6.pump:it is used to transfer the solution to the storage tank ,it can use the sanitary pump or diaphragm pump 7.pipeline for the inside system 8.control system : control the pneuamtic discharge gate open and close ,control the heating temperature ,control the heating time ,control the solvent/water inlet volume etc.9.optional :1. the extractor tank can be equiiped with the agitator mixer ,which can make inside raw material movable and dynamic ,it can make the extraction fast and completely . 2.raw material feeding system : if the end user's plant height is enough, it can add the extra feeding hopper system for the raw material into the extraction tank to save the labor 3. automatic residue raw material dishcarge system : which can remove the solvent /water in the residue material and dry it ,then transport to the residue material stock warehouse . For water extraction: water and herbal raw material are put into the extraction tank and start to give heat source to the interlayer. After the tank boils, reduce the supply heat source and keep the boiling in the tank. The maintenance time depends on the extraction pharmacological process. For example, cooling water is needed for closed extraction to cool the steam and return to the extraction tank to maintain the circulation and temperature.2). For solvent extraction: firstly, the herbal and solventmust be sealed in the tank, and the heat source steam shall be supplied to the interlayer. Open the cooling water to reduce the supply heat source when the tank reaches the required temperature, so that the rising vapor alcohol can flow back into liquid alcohol after passing through the condenser. In order to improve the efficiency, the pump can be used to force the circulation, so that the medicine liquid can be sucked out from the lower part of the tank through the pump, and then the upper part of the cylinder is imported back into the tank, and the local ditch can be removed Flow.3).
