Product Description Machine Introduction:The Towable & Hydraulic control Full-automaticStump Grinder,with compact and reasonable structure, simple operation, high production capacity, wide adaptability of raw materials, high quality of cutting wood chips, safe and reliable, convenient maintenance, is currently a very advanced wood crusher in China.The diameter of the feed hopper is 3.6 meters in diameter. Therefore, in order to transport and installation, the main engine is equipped with a double axle and single tire, and the rear is equipped with a traction frame and steering tire, which can be towed by trucks or tractors.The feeding plate drives the adjustment of the chain. The adjustment screw is used to adjust the tightness of the chain. After the first use (about 30 minutes)of the machine, the tightness of the chain should be checked again and the necessary adjustments should be made.It is directly feed into the hopper by loading machine, directly crush without manual intervention, and the feed hopper is drive by hydraulic motor , and the hydraulic motor is adjusted by manual speed control valve to adjust the speed of feeding. The feed hopper is welded with 18mm thick manganese plate, with strong structural strength and high wear resistance, and the diameter of the feeding port is large enough, and the feeding is more smooth.The rotor is the main working part of the machine. It has good rigidity and moment of inertia, and has passed the balance experiment.The spindle and rotor are connected by a locking device. Its structure is compact and reasonable, convenient disassembly and installation, reliable use. The two ends of the spindle are supported by automatic self-aligning roller bearings, and the bearing housing is fixed on the frame.The rotor is equipped with 10 independent knives with strong wear resistance and high hardness, which are fixed on the knife seat with specially made blade bolts. The knife is firmly pressed on the lower knife plate by pressing the wedge iron. Reasonable structure, easy disassembly.This machine adopts large power diesel engine, equipped with large capacity diesel tank, no need to configure electrical cabinet power supply.The hydraulic system is composed of gear pump, hydraulic motor, solenoid directional valve, manual speed regulating valve, oil cylinder, one-way throttle valve, solenoid relief valve, hydraulic tank and other oil circuit components.During working, the gear pump supplies oil to the hydraulic motor, the solenoid valve can make the feeding plate rotate to complete the feeding and refeeding, and the manual speed control valve can adjust the speed of the feeding plate.
