The soft net structure for sieve cylinder often sores up capsule during polishing to damage capsule surface.4) These polishers general use DC motor, and carbon brush is easy to wear. Work Principle1 )Capsule filling machine feeds the filled capsules into the slanting entrance of the polisher.2 )The capsules go into the entrance of sieve net cylinder via the slanting entrance.3 )The capsules into the sieve net cylinder by revolving brush.4 )Brush "4" polishing and dedusting the capsule surface in the sieve net cylinder.5 )The vacuum sucker retrieves the material.6 )The capsules are brought to the outlet of sieve ne cylinder by brush.7 )The clean compressed air starts the selection of capsule at the pass of capsule selection8 )Those capsules with low weight, empty body, scrap and loose piece are collected in the container .9 )The pressure of compressed air is shown on the meter of filtered decompress valve. And it can be controlled by adjustable knob.10) Finished capsules are ejected from outlet.
