Frame & Casing: A rigid steel frame supports all components. The outer casing provides safety protection and contains noise.5. Temperature Control System: Critical for quality. It may include water cooling for the pellets or feed rollers, and sometimes heating for the die face to maintain material flow.6. Auxiliary Systems: These include a vibrating screen to separate fines from good pellets, and safety interlocks for operator protection.
