Product Description PVC reinforced pipe equipment production line:PVC-U reinforced pipe is a novel pipe with smooth inner wall and vertical ribs on the outer wall, which is processed and produced from hard polyvinyl chloride as the main raw material. The UPVC reinforced pipe is extruded by an extruder at one time, and the outer wall is a new type of UPVC pipe with vertical reinforcement, which has a reasonable structure and high strength.PVC-U reinforced pipe is another new type of PVC-U pipe produced by heating and extruding PVC resin, using a special mold and molding process. As a new generation of drainage and sewage pipelines, PVC-U reinforced pipes are the product of technological development in the early 1990s. Its characteristic is that the thickness of the pipe wall is reduced, and the ability of the pipe to withstand external pressure loads is also improved. The outer wall of the pipe is provided with radial reinforcing ribs, thereby improving the ring stiffness of the pipe. Under the same external pressure load capacity, this pipe can save about 30% of the material compared with ordinary PVC-U solid-wall pipes, and the impact strength is improved. With its strong material, smooth inner wall, and lightweight products, it is widely used, and gradually replaces the concrete pipes used for urban municipal drainage and sewage for a long time. In my country, the production technology and equipment of this pipe have been introduced from Canada in Shanghai, which can produce DN150~500mm PVC-U reinforced pipes, which can be used in community construction and municipal construction projects.Features of the production line:Compared with traditional drainage pipes, PVC-U reinforced pipes have the following characteristics:(1) The stiffened pipe is a flexible pipe, allowing greater axial bending, and the elastic rubber ring connection method has good anti-leakage performance. There will be no leakage when the ground is unevenly settled. It is quite good for soft soil foundations. Adaptability.(2) The ring stiffness of the reinforced pipe is high, the lateral strength is large, and the toughness is good, and it can withstand large buried soil load and other pressure on the road surface.(3) The stiffened pipe is light in weight, convenient for transportation, handling, loading and unloading, which brings great convenience to the construction, reduces the labor intensity of the construction personnel, and does not require mechanical hoisting operations, which improves the construction efficiency and reduces the construction cost.(4) The inner wall of the stiffened pipe is smooth, and the Manning friction coefficient is 0.009.
