Product IntroductionBale BreakerThis machine is designed to break apart compressed bales of PET bottles and loosen the material, preparing it for the subsequent washing stages. Important note: Prior to loading into the bale breaker, the steel straps or wires securing the bales must be manually cut and removed by operators.TrommelAfter the bales are broken up, the loose bottles can still have dirt like sand, rocks, pieces of metal, and other garbage. The trommel screen is a big rotating drum with a mesh screen. As the bottles roll around inside, the rotation helps remove these heavy impurities and small things like loose caps.Label RemoverThe Label Separator is designed to detach and remove labels from PET bottles. Inside the machine, rotating blades create friction against the bottles, effectively scraping off the labels. An airflow system then transports the discarded labels to a collection bag.Manual Sorting TablePositioned after the label remover and before the crusher, the Manual Sorting Table is a critical quality control checkpoint. Here, workers visually inspect and manually remove impurities that machines might miss, such as non-PET bottles, caps, and foreign materials, to ensure the purity of the PET stream before crushing.Steam WasherAfter labels are removed, PET flakes might still have some sticky glue on them. The steam washer uses hot water with added soap or soda to help break down and wash away this leftover stickiness.
