This pet blow molding machine is built with heavy duty tubular frame, critical pneumatic parts and electronic are world famous brand. Original Germany FESTO- air cylinders, SIMENS PLC and touch screen HMI, Switzerland EUGEN SEITZ blowing valves, Japan Mitsubishi servo motor, USA MAC solenoid etc.Automatic PET blow molding machine starts as jumble preforms are loaded into the easy to load,extra large capacity bulk hopper, An elevator moves preforms up to a gravity-based sorter, which aligns preforms on a conveyor. Preforms are then aligned and loaded onto a chute, where they are gravity-fed into the preform holders. The preforms move through the heat tunnels, where they are heated to the optimal blowing temperature prior to entering the molds. From the heaters, preforms are loaded into the custom-designed molds where four bottles are blown at a time. A pressurized liquid chiller keeps the mold temperature in a controlled range to ensure that consistently high-quality bottles are blown. Blown bottles are directly transferred to the exit conveyor which can be easily connected to air conveyor. Transfer and bottle out system     1)Servo motor driven preform transfer system for quick transfer and precise preform locating.    2)No pneumatic clampers were used for bottle taking out, less maintenance in future, less running cost.Main Transmission Part (Servo System)*The transmission adopts servo motor for positioning that can orientate the preform heating base quickly, accurately and steadily when the machine starts and running. 4. Stretching blowing and molding system  1)Servo motor driven system with synchronized base blow mould for fast response operation.   2)Precision electromagnetic blowing valve group for fast and high productivity.Save CostThe great advantage of stretch blow moulding machine is to stretch the container in both the axel and hoop directions, which name biaxial stretching and it will greatly improve the container's top load, clarity, drop impact tolerance, barrier abilities and tensile strength.
