Product Description Product DescriptionHY stage collar is mainly used in the following situations during cementing:1.A large amount of cement injection for one time;2.Inability for formation to bear high fluid column pressure;3.Isolate special zones;4.Prevent annular gas channeling after cementing;5.Large temperature difference of isolated section and uneasy to adjust slurry property;6.This type of stage collar can only be used in wells with deviation less than 20 degrees.*Features*1. A reliable lock-ring locks the closing sleeve upward when in place.2. The pressure-relief design prevents fluid trapping and compression between the opening device and the closing plug during the closing phase of the tool's operation.3. No welds are used on any portion of the tool.4. A reduced length of the tool minimizes the effect of bending stresses.5. The body and lower adapter ID equal casing ID, but smaller than closing sleeve ID, which prevents closing sleeve from damage when drilling out.6. All the accessories are made of aluminum and rubber, which are against rotation and easy drill-out.7. All parts meet or surpass the requirements of quality control standard in order to achieve good downhole performance.
