It is run with Hydraulic Setting Tool & retrieving is done independently from the Tubing, using a Retrieving Tool manipulated on a work string. This packer is ideally suited for highly deviated well both onshore & offshore.Features/BenefitsThe packer can be retrievable, tie-back, large circulation, rotated at large torque and reciprocated with large loads, which can deal with many complex conditions.Integral hydraulic setting capacity, and internally-configured barrier module prevents premature setting and hanging caused by circulating pressure.The special device of the packer ensures the packer will not set when encountering bump, friction, large torque rotation, large tonnage reciprocating and large circulation. It has high working performance and anti-risk ability to ensure safe running speed ≥30m/min.Maximum dogleg severity of packer through casing is greater than 20°/30m; The maximum dogleg severity is greater than 10°/30m and can be set at 100° or more.Clean up the well with large circulation. After bleed-off in the string, the check ring prevents the component from retracting and remains set.Service tool working principleThe top packer is run in the well with the sand-control string. The packer is set by dropping ball into the drill pipe to open the built-in shield module and push the piston. The packer is released by hydraulic or mechanical reverse release, and the packer service tool is retrieved after completion.Retrieving principleIf the packer needs to be retrieved, run the special retrievable tool to enter the top packer. After in place, lift the retrievable tool to shear the pin of the support sleeve.
