By eliminating harmful solid particles, it enhances the quality and performance of the mud, which is critical for efficient drilling operations.Integrating desander hydrocyclones, desilter hydrocyclones, and an underflow vibrating screen into a single unit, the Mud Cleaner boasts a compact structure, small footprint, and powerful functionality—making it an ideal choice for secondary and tertiary solids control of drilling mud. Its working principle is straightforward: first, drilling mud enters the desander and desilter hydrocyclones. Driven by centrifugal force, larger sand and mud particles are separated and discharged through the hydrocyclones' underflow ports, while mud containing smaller particles exits via the overflow ports.
