Installation1. The equipment is packed in pallets, please use a forklift for transportation. When using forklifts and lifting tools, ensure that the equipment is balanced, and place the equipment according to the arrows on the package.2. The foundation must be leveled and the equipment must be placed horizontally during installation. Tilting the equipment will cause the spring life to be shortened, the screening quality is reduced, the foundation is damaged, and the risk of equipment damage!3. The sieve machine connects the base and the foundation with detachable bolts. The foundation and the base must be level and the base must be placed evenly under the force.4. The base and the foundation must be firmly connected, and gaskets can be filled under the base to avoid resonance.5. A safe distance or fence must be set around the screen. The maximum swing range of the screen is 40mm in the horizontal direction and 20mm in the vertical direction.6. Check the lubrication of the transmission part of the car and turn the transmission part by hand to check whether it is running normally.7. Check whether the locking device is locked.8. CommissioningAfter the installation of the sieve machine is completed, an empty test run should be carried out to check the installation quality.1. The empty test runtime shall not be less than 8 hours.2. During the trial operation, observe whether the screen machine starts smoothly, the swing range is stable,and whether there is any special noise.3. The noise level at a distance of one meter from the equipment should be less than 80 decibels. If this value is exceeded, there may be loose parts or other malfunctions.4. Bearing temperature does not exceed 75 degrees Celsius, and motor temperature increase does not exceed 40 degrees Celsius.5. After the test run, check for loose parts.6. In case of any of the above problems, please stop and check immediately, and then restart after troubleshooting.7. After 8 hours of trial run, there is no failure before the screen machine can be put into use.4.
